The great advantages of ant keeping are that ants are small and require less space than a dog, cat, or rabbit; also, ants do not make noise.
If their enclosures are cleaned properly they are odorless; they don’t require visits to a vet; other than their home, there are few expenses associated with their care; they do not require constant grooming; a queen ant has a long lifespan (about 10 years), and ants don’t require constant handling, socialization or interaction with their owners. They can be left to care for themselves for a few days if need be.
Unless someone is allergic to their bite, ants aren’t dangerous; they are also very educational pets for kids, teens, and adults alike, and are a great way to learn about nature, biological relationships, organization, and responsibility. It is also super fun!

Are the ants safe to ship?
Yes, we ensure the safety and well-being of the ants during transit to guarantee they arrive healthy and active. They are shipped in insulated boxes and glass tubes to make sure that they are safe in transit.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-4 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please keep in mind that there is processing times for each order.
If it is taking a long time to get your order, we may be holding packages temporarily due to the temperature in the shipping route.
Can I customize my ant farm?
Absolutely! We offer customizable ant farms with different sizes and designs to suit your preferences.
What if my ants arrive damaged or dead?
In such rare cases, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll gladly resolve the issue by sending you new ants.
